Amazing speaker and inspirational coach Meridith Alexander and her Grit Mindset Academy created a new training course to motivate and encourage those embarking on the always stressful job change.

This was extensively challenging for Ramsey Design in the respect that this course is so uplifting and inspirational in it’s training and of course the thoughts on Ninjas are usually rather dark and needless to say violent. But the moniker has changed over the years in the marketing realm to more resemble the definition of an expert. So Ramsey Design adapted the Ninja to a more peaceful and even feminine version for this Logo.
